Only for established clients:
in-home appointments at client’s location (within the Triangle area), subject to availability. Appointments at client location will incur a $50 travel fee.
Payments & Cancellation Policy
I do not currently accept insurance; however, I do accept HSA and FSA payments (please confirm with your account provider regarding eligibility of expense). Cash, check, and Venmo are also accepted.
12-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment (24 hour preferred!). If you are unable to provide a 12-hour notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows & Late Arrivals
If you forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment for whatever reason, this will be considered a “no-show” and you will be charged for the missed appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate appointments following yours. Regardless of the length of the session, you will be responsible for the full cost of the appointment.
WAITLIST
If you would like to be added to the cancellation list, please let me know via text or email. However, please be aware that openings are offered first to clients with an existing appointment. In order to be seen as soon as possible, it is recommended to go ahead and reserve an appointment while waiting for earlier openings.
